Your last will, safe and clear
A will at the notary says what you're leaving behind. PSILY keeps it safe and lets you explain why in your own words — so that there is never any ambiguity or discrepancy.
Safely stored, released in a controlled manner
Upload your will and record your notary's details. Everything stays locked until you decide — only then will your heirs get access.
Your vote: the video explanation
Numbers and clauses don't say everything. Record a video or audio explanation explaining why you made certain choices — in your words, with your warmth. For your heirs, that makes the difference between a document and a message.
Heirs and legatees arranged
Define who your heirs are and who receives what. At the time of release, everyone will receive a tidy message — no searching, no surprises.
FAQs
Does PSILY replace the notary?
No. You make your will at the notary; PSILY stores it securely digitally, records the notary details and lets you add a personal explanation. That way your heirs know where everything is and why you chose what you chose.
Is a digital copy legally valid?
The legally valid deed remains with the notary. What you keep here is the copy plus directions to it — exactly what heirs need to quickly access the original.
Who can view my will?
Only the people you designate, and only at the moment you have chosen. Until then, no one can access it — not even a PSILY employee.
Can I change it later?
Yes, as often as you like. If you change your will with the notary, you simply replace the copy here and update the information.
When do my heirs get access to my will?
Only at the release moment you determine — for example when your account is activated after your death. Until then, everything remains locked.
Can I explain why I made certain choices?
Yes. You record a video or audio explanation in your own words. For heirs, that often makes the difference between a cold document and a warm message.
Where heirs run into problems in practice
Most problems after a death don't arise because there's no will, but because no one knows where it is or which notary drew it up. Heirs search through folders and drawers for weeks, while the document exists safe and sound all along.
PSILY solves that: you record which notary drew up your will and keep a digital copy with it. When the time comes, your heirs know exactly where to go — without having to search.
What a paper will cannot do, you can do here: explain why you chose what you chose. A video explanation of a few minutes prevents more conflict than any legal wording ever could. A will arranges the distribution; your voice arranges understanding.
