Many people ask us: how does PSILY actually work? Fortunately, the answer is simple. We'll take you through the steps.
First, you record what you want to say. This can be a written message, but also a video or an audio recording that you make directly in your browser. You can even add a gift to it.
Then you choose the time. You decide when your message arrives: on a fixed date, on an occasion such as a wedding day, or only when you are no longer there. Don't know the date yet? Then your message waits quietly until the time comes.
Then you choose your counselors — in PSILY, we call them your trusted buddies, which are one to three people you trust. They can confirm that the time has come and activate your account, but they can never read the content of your messages.
Finally, we are watching. PSILY occasionally asks if you're okay. If you don't respond for a while, we'll call in your trusted buddies. Only then will your groceries be delivered — not a day too early, not a day too late.
Would you rather see it than read it? On our homepage, there is a short animation that shows the entire process step by step.
