Privacy statement

At PSILY, you trust us with your most personal words. This includes clear agreements about your data.

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Who is responsible?

PSILY is a service provided by Point2Create BV, Energieweg 1, 3133 EB Vlaardingen, Nederland, KvK 63324547. For all privacy questions, please visit [email protected].

2. What data do we process?

3. What do we use your information for?

Only to make PSILY work: manage your account, keep your messages safe and delivered at the right time, process payments, answer your questions, and secure and improve the service. We never sell your information or use it for third-party ads.

4. On what basis?

We process your data to execute the agreement with you (your account and your messages), based on your consent (the AI Clone and non-necessary cookies), due to legal obligations (administration and invoices) and on the basis of legitimate interest (security and anti-abuse).

5. Who has access?

Our employees only insofar as necessary for support. In addition, we use carefully chosen processors: hosting and storage within the EU (AWS, Frankfurt region), Cloudflare for security and speed, Stripe for payments, SMS and email delivery service providers, and AI service providers for speech recognition, translation, voice synthesis, and text generation — only for the features you use. Processing agreements have been concluded with all processors; appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply when transferring outside the EEA.

Emphasically, so that there is no misunderstanding about it:

No one can see, open, or read your messages. Only you — the creator — and, from the moment of delivery, the recipient for whom the message is intended. PSILY employees and administrators are also unable to read or open your messages, nor can they view other information from your account.

After your death, your account will be completely locked. Your messages will then be delivered exactly as agreed at the times you choose, and no one — including the PSILY administrator — can open or unlock the locked account.

6. How long do we keep your data?

As long as your account exists, because that's exactly what PSILY is for: keep messages until delivery — sometimes years later. If you delete your account, your information will be deleted, except for what we need to keep by law (such as invoices). We keep technical log files for a short time.

7. How do we protect your data?

Encrypted connections (https), encrypted storage, daily encrypted backups, access restrictions, and ongoing monitoring. The digital vault is also end-to-end encrypted: only your chosen recipient can access the content with three separate keys.

8. Your rights

You have the right to view, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer your data and object to processing. Consent (for example for the AI Clone) can be revoked at any time. Mail to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

9. Cookies

PSILY uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as your language choice and login session). We only place statistical cookies (Google Analytics) after you have given your consent via the cookie message; you can change that choice at any time.

10. Changes

If we change this statement, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. In case of important changes, we will actively inform you.
